Compensation:

Basic Pay - All TAG Employees are paid an hourly wage on a pay grade
scale corresponding to rank.  Basic pay includes all travel and mandatory
training time.

Pay Grades:

Sergeant (E5) - $8/hr

Second Lieutenant (O1) - $10/hr

First Lieutenant (O2) -  $11/hr

Captain (O3) -  $12/hr to $20/hr (depending on experience)

Benefits - Frontline employees are part-time, on-call employees.  Tactical
Action Games LLC does not offer health insurance or other benefits;
