Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  Because we turn down paying customers to hold your date and time,
we do require that you pay a deposit to make a reservation.  If you cancel
your reservation, we will keep this deposit to offset the opportunity cost
of losing potential customers who had requested the same date.

Confirmation Policy
A refundable deposit of $50 must be paid to confirm your reservation.  

Until your reservation has been confirmed, you are on "standby" for your event.  
This means that another group
may take your reservation if they request the same
date and time and pay a deposit
before you.  Once your reservation is confirmed,
your date and time will be locked in and will
not be given away to another group.

Refund Policy
Deposits can be refunded after your event, or we can apply your deposit toward
your total amount due.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel or reschedule your event, your deposit will not be refunded and will
not be applied to your rescheduled date.  *Some exceptions may apply.

We do not cancel Sport TAG events for extreme weather conditions except in the
case of lightning.  
Battle TAG & Party TAG events may cancel for extreme weather
without losing the deposit.  
Our Sport TAG equipment is waterproof, and playing in
extreme weather often adds an extra level of fun and intensity to our games.  We
ask our clients to check weather forecasts before scheduling and on the day before
their event, and we ask them to dress appropriately.

  • If you cancel your event due to extreme weather, your deposit will not be
    refunded, but may be applied to a rescheduled reservation.  

  • If your event is canceled due to lightning, we will refund your deposit or
  • apply it to confirm your rescheduled reservation.

*Please contact us if you believe you have rare and extreme extenuating
circumstances, e.g., death of a loved one, NOT poor turnout or schedule conflict.
We are happy to work with individuals on a case-by-case basis.
