General Service Policy:        
Players with reservations must arrive on-time for their game. Extra time will not
be given to late players. Players must wear closed-toed shoes with good
traction and must comply with all rules and instructions. Players, parents,
guardians, and assigns assume all risk as a condition of service. Command
Deck reserves the right to refuse service and issue a refund to any customer
for any reason. Command Deck will eject players from the game for intentional
violation of safety or game rules. Refunds will not be issued to ejected players.

Payment Policy:        
Full payment must be made in advance to book a game session.  Reservations
paid with a
Gift Card must be made over the phone.  Call 866-500-1142.

Reservation Policy:        
Reservations can be made in real time with as little as a two-hour notice.
Requesting a reservation does not guarantee availability. You will receive a
notification once your reservation request has been confirmed. If your
reservation is not confirmed your card will not be charged.

Cancellation Policy:        
Refunds are NOT issued for
cancellation or no-show. Store credit can be
issued for cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled event.

Refund Policy:
We are always looking for ways to improve and will do our best to respond to
feedback. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we ask that you provide
your feedback to us directly at Those who provide
feedback directly without resorting to negative online reviews or ratings will be
eligible for a store credit or refund. Store credit will be given to those who had a
positive experience but would like to suggest areas for improvement. Refunds
will be issued to those who had an entirely negative experience and are willing
to tell us privately how we could improve. Refunds will not be issued to those
who leave negative public reviews online without first contacting us directly.
